Schedule
To set yourself up for an awesome DWeb Camp, we strongly encourage you to download the Sched App on your phone and refresh it right before arriving. In some areas of the camp, WiFi is limited, and there is no cell service across the venue.

You can create your own schedule using Sched and this year, attendees will be able to chat with each other on the app. Don’t forget to set your profile to public if you'd like to be visible to other attendees. If you’re a speaker, the app allows you to email those attending your session, update the description, or post your slides.

1. Editing your profile
From the website, hover over your display picture on the left side.
On the mobile app, select ‘My Account’ in the bottom-right of the screen.
Here are the direct links, just in case:
- update your profile + image here
- set your profile to public (if you choose to be visible to other attendees) here.
Make sure to save your changes!
2. Adding events to your schedule
You can customize your own plan for DWeb Camp by browsing the Schedule in various display styles. Find this page in the header, and hover to select a view style.
When you see something you’d like to add to your schedule, check the radio button:
3. Checking your schedule
In the mobile app, you can easily switch between the full schedule and ‘My Sched’ from the Schedule page in the bottom-left.
On the website, you can see your schedule under ‘About Me’ on your profile.
4. Editing your own events
If you’re speaking, presenting or otherwise contributing to an activity in the schedule, you should have been added to that event. If you aren’t there, get in touch with the Space Steward of your venue.
To edit the description, you need to visit the website, find your event in the schedule and then hover on the title or click the event, where you will find an Edit button.
